Dear Fellow Entrepreneur,
In business it is not just what you know that spells success; it is who you are connected to, that sustains success.
I built a sales organization from scratch to number one in the country, in per capita sales rep earnings. Achieving that goal in under eighteen months wasn't easy. The key factor in the success of my sales team was that I taught my reps how to become well connected.
In today's struggling economy, profitability depends upon your connections and timing.
That's why I started this column. Each month I'll be featuring important individuals, groups, and events that can be crucial connections to your business development.
It can get very lonely out there at times, I remember what it's like building an effective sales team--it wasn't all fun and games. If you are looking to develop your resource base beyond its present limitations, you will find here connections to world-class opportunities, accelerating your vision of success.
This month, Commonwealth Capital Advisors earns the spotlight. CCA understands the special problems of entrepreneurs. They offer a program called Financial Architect, which reduces the cost of a securities offering by 90%. CCA specializes in funding start-up and early stage companies. The amounts they raise vary from a low of $100,000 to $50,000,000 for operating companies and up to $500,000,000 for REITs and investment funds.
The problem with most lending institutions and venture capitalists is that they demand enormous equity control and are flat-out not interested in doing business with start-up or early stage companies.
Not so, with CCA. It specializes in a program called Quality Deal Flow. The goals of the program are: 1. Protect entrepreneurs by providing enough equity so that they don't have to sell common equity for too little, too soon. 2. Ensure that the entrepreneur is not burden with too much debt.
They also provide entrepreneurs with access to accredited "angel" investors, private equity funds, hedge funds, registered investment advisors, and a world-class network of broker-dealers.
You may preview their free ebook: "The Secrets of Wall Street--Raising Capital for Start-Up and Early-Stage Companies," by clicking on the banner below. The book is a "must read" for any entrepreneur who seeks to raise substantial amounts of equity capital, while retaining maximum equity ownership and voting control.
Best regards,
