About Tom Reidy He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and holds an advanced studies certificate in Executive Leadership: Preparing for an Uncertain Future, from Cornell University. With over 30 years of accomplishments in leadership, he is the only expert of his type to appear 8 consecutive times in Who's Who in America. Tom got his start in international diplomacy in 1976 by appearing on the cover of Soviet Life Magazine. As an American delegate, to an American-Soviet conference, he learned early in his career that the principles of leadership are universal. After his eye-opening visit to the Soviet Union, he returned to the United States with an even greater appreciation for American democracy—the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness—the very embodiment of entrepreneurship. He began his sales career in financial planning after nine years in the YMCA executive system; earning the prestigious designation of Certified Financial Planner. In 1985, he was honored by receiving the Outstanding Financial Planner of the Year Award, at IDS/American Express. Tom became the division manager for Waddell & Reed, Rochester, New York, in 1995. During his tenure, he recruited trained and developed a sales force from scratch. It gained national recognition for being the highest paid per-capita sales force in the country--all within 18 months. In January 2002, Tom began his business leadership and development-coaching program. "I believe improving business leadership cannot be a onetime exercise," Tom explains. "Getting better results is tough to do without consistent coaching, counseling, and ongoing support. Positive reinforcement is necessary for personal growth." |

"I have found the role playing to be very beneficial because it refines your skills to prevent stumbling in front of a client. The program is a lot of fun."—Alan Smith, Sr. Sales Rep Carrier Corporation |
Tom defines his mission statement in one sentence: "To coach clients, who are creating extraordinary opportunities for themselves." |
|
"Before I enrolled in the program, my lead conversion, from first appointment to sale, was about 33%. Now my conversion percentage is at 56% and climbing. I have all the business I can handle. My average sale is above $4,000. This year has been a breakthrough year for me in expanding my business."—John Winkler, President SITE Technology, Inc. |
One final thought. Only the motivated change for the better. Leadership coaching can help you capitalize on that motivation—to increase profit, your free time, and your quality of life. So accept the challenge, manage change and make your life and business better. |

"Working with Tom Reidy has given me the training and knowledge to go from a good salesperson to a GREAT salesperson. He stands out as a leader in his field, with the ability to show people a better way. It's not about the product or service--it's about the people. Tom knows it and every time we meet, I learn more about how using the "people factor" is the key to success. Thanks, Tom!"--Yvonne DiVita, President and Founder of Windsor Media Enterprises |

"Good executive coaches can provide a truly important service. They can look you in the eye and tell you what no one else will--especially the boss."--Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric |
